Scott was born and raised in Southwestern Ohio under the shadow of Cincinnati's Big Red
Machine. Baseball was the second language in the Brown household. It
was not until some years later that Scott began to realize that his
connection to our National Pastime ran much deeper than just his
baseball card collection.

Cindy is a full-time freelance writer
living in central Ohio with her husband Tom and their three sons, Dan,
Jeff, and Kyle. She was raised in Reds
country and is a die hard fan, but became interested in the Cubs of the
early 20th-century era when her cousin, Scott Brown, told her they were
related to Mordecai "Three Finger" Brown.

Chris Woods was raised in a small town
community just west of Dayton, Ohio. Chris attended The University of
Phoenix, gaining a background in developmental training programs. While
being a certified trainer in safety protocol and industrial rescue, he
was enlisted by the Iams division of Procter & Gamble, as an
Environmental and Safety Manager.

Katie Ward is originally a native of
Pensacola, Florida. Whether in high school, college or her career,
Katie has always been the epitome of involved. Katie’s academic and
athletic achievements read like a list from one of the historical
greats. As a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and a
recipient of the International Baccalaureate Diploma, Katie Ward has
excelled above her peers due to her desire to see others achieve before
herself.

Bruce’s interest and enthusiasm for
baseball and sports began as a child in Southwest Ohio. He and his
father enjoyed spending time together sitting in the stands of
Riverfront Stadium and watching the Cincinnati Reds. His Dad, “Big
Bruce” Terry, was one of the founders and owners of Steele Sports
Company and the Steele World Champion Softball Team. Playing baseball
and wrestling throughout his school years fanned the flame of his love
of sports.
